kolorの服づくりの上で、根幹と成っているのは1本の糸づくり。これが服全体の雰囲気を決めているので、webにおいては、1つの色を変更するだけでサイトのあらゆるところに影響を及ぼし、大きな変化が体験できるようなサイトを目指した。服から抽出された色情報を元として、シーズンごとに動的に変化するビジュアルになるよう設計。

The core of kolor’s clothing manufacturing is the creation of a single thread. Since this determines the overall atmosphere of the clothes, we aimed to create a web site where a single color change can affect every part of the site, creating an experience of great change. Based on the color information extracted from the clothes, we designed the visuals to change dynamically from season to season.

ARCHIVESに入り、過去のシーズンをクリックすると他シーズンのカラー展開を見ることができる。シーズンが変わるとサイト全体のカラーパレットが切り替わるようになっている。
画面遷移はシームレスにつなげ、色の切り返しを楽しめるように設計。メニューの色がベースカラーを反転させていたりと、kolorが服に取り入れる遊び心を参考にしている。クリックすると音が鳴るのだが、色のルミナンス情報から音程を動的に変えている。
システムはWordPressをベースに、背景色、テキスト色、グラデーションを生成するための情報など、細かくシーズンごとに管理。よって新しいシーズンを迎えると、サイトの色が一新されるようになっている。スマートフォンでもPCと同じように見られるよう設計している。
