3年をかけたキッコーマンとの新規事業プロジェクト。しょうゆを始めとする「日本の発酵食品の良さを再発見して欲しい。」という願いで、キッコーマンから生まれた発酵食品のブランド。商品開発、コンセプト、ネーミングから関わり、ロゴ、パッケージなどのブランド設計を担当。

A new business project with Kikkoman that took three years to complete. This is a brand of fermented foods created by Kikkoman with the hope that people will ediscover the goodness of Japanese fermented foods such as soy sauce. This is a brand of fermented foods born from Kikkoman’s desire to “rediscover the goodness of Japanese fermented foods,” including soy sauce. Involved in product development, concept, naming, and brand design, including logo and packaging.
